Meet the Principal

Greetings! My journey in education began 34 years ago as a reading and language arts teacher for 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. I was in a small K-12 public school in northern Wisconsin. It was a wonderful experience and ignited my passion for teaching children. I met my future husband there–he was the high school tech ed teacher. Four years later, we relocated to Oshkosh and I began my experience in Catholic Education. I am so grateful for that experience! 

Over the next 20+ years, I taught within the Lourdes Academy System in Oshkosh, WI. My husband and I are blessed to have 6 children and all 6 have been educated in Catholic schools. My experiences in teaching include all grade levels, K through 6th. In 2012, I was asked to move into an administrative position. I received my Master’s in Educational Leadership from Marian University in 2016 and accepted the principal position at SJPS the next school year. Being a part of Catholic Education is in my heart and the blessings that I have received are too numerous to count.
