SCRIP ORDER FORM
Sentry (Delafield) Grocery Receipt
Save your grocery receipt each time you shop at Sentry on Golf Road, Delafield, and turn in to the Parish or School Office, or place in the basket in the narthex. (Even if it’s a small amount, they all add up!) St. Jerome’s then receives a percentage of the total receipts collected.
Piggly Wiggly Grocery Receipts
Save your grocery receipt each time you shop at a Piggly Wiggly store and turn in to the Parish or School Office, or place in the basket in the narthex. (Even if it’s a small amount, they all add up!) St. Jerome’s then receives a percentage of the total receipts collected.
Inkjet and Toner Cartridges
Save your empty inkjet and toner cartridges — any make or size — and drop them off in the collection box located inside the church lobby entrance. These cartridges are recycled and we receive a rebate for each one collected.
Do you purchase Coke products? If so, be sure to save the Coke Rewards codes and turn them in to St. Jerome. In turn, St. Jerome is able to earn needed supplies and equipment. Qualifying Coke products include: Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dasani, Minute Maid, Powerade, Fanta, Vault, Barq’s, Fresca, Mello Yello, Nestea and Seagram’s. You will find the codes under the plastic caps, OR printed inside the 12-pack boxes, OR printed on the multi-pack wraps. Please drop the caps or labels in the baskets near the church entrances.
